Easy Cucumber Salad



Ingredients
Vegan, Gluten free
∙ Serves 4-6
Produce
  • 2 tbsp Chives, fresh
  • 2 lbs Cucumbers
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil


1. Mix dressing

2. Toss, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
