1 tsp.        basil

1 ½ tsp.   oregano

½ tsp.      parsley

¼ tsp.      red pepper flakes

1 Tblsp.   Worcestershire sauce

1 dash     cinnamon

1 can        tomato soup

1 can        tomato sauce

1 lb. ground beef - cooked up & dispose of some of the fat

 Add the garlic to the cooked hamburger and cook; 

Then add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer.
