The recipe has migrated over to Victoria for Alex and Duncan like it as well.
2 tbs oil (Miranda uses butter)
Cook the banana over medium heat until it's all mushy and smells delicious. Then add
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 - 1/2 cups steel cut oats (or rolled, but not quick oats)
2 - 2 1/2 cups milk (I use almond milk for this)
Lower heat and stir often enough to prevent it burning to the bottom. When it is fairly thick, remove it from the heat and let it sit for a minute or two.
Serve with a big scoop of peanut butter and some maple syrup.
