Banana Slush
Banana Slush
Mix first 4 ingredients into an 11 liter ice cream bucket or very large container.
4 c. Pineapple Juice
5 Bananas (mashed in blender)
1-6oz frozen orange Juice
1-6oz.frozen lemonade
I boil 4c. white sugar and 2c. water to dissolve the sugar and then add the other 4c. of cold water to help cool it down faster.
When cool you can add the sugar water to the other juice and banana mixture.
6 c. water
4 c. white sugar
Freeze in smaller containers until ready to use.
Chip the icy slush until you have enough in your glass.
Add Gingerale or 7-Up to the slush.
Stir and ....

Cream Cheese Frosting
I made half a recipe today for a 9x13 pan of Carrot Cake
This is really one of the nicest cream cheese frostings I've made!
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 16 ounces cream cheese (2 8-ounce bricks), softened.
- 1 cup butter.
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract OR 1 teaspoons vanilla + 2 teaspoons maple extract.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 8 cups powdered sugar, or as needed.
- chopped pecans for topping, optional.
