1 egg for every mouth
Divide by 2 to get n
2n eggs separated save yolks
beat egg whites until firm and transfer to big bowl
preheat waffle irons
add 1/2n cups of whole wheat and 1/2n cups of white flour to mixing bowl
add n teaspons salt to mixing bowl
add n tablespoons of baking powder to mixing bowl
add 1/4n cups of canola (or other light oil) to mixing bowl
add egg yolks
add n cups of milk or butter milk
beat until smooth
fold into egg whites in large bowl
spoon on waffle irons and cook for 3 minutes
The toppings are up to you but I recommend maple syrup from Quebec with thimble berries and whip cream
